Wash Pilot relay functions are added in banks of 8, allowing for easy expansion to your equipment controls. If you extend your services or incorporate more sophisticated devices, you can add banks or even complete relay boxes as needed, up to 112 functions.
Double-Pole, Double-Throw Relays
Wash Pilot's relay configuration allows multiple functions to utilize one switch, increasing the efficiency and quantity of controlled actions.
Simple Integration
Wash Pilot integrates with virtually all car wash auto-cashiers. A connector in the push-button station allows you to use the pay station of your choice while capitalizing on the reliability, affordability, and convenience of the Wash Pilot.
Remote Access
Wash Pilot is web enabled. The management console operates through a web browser rather than an installed software package. You can connect to the controller to make changes to your settings from any computer connected to your office network, or setup access from any computer connected to the internet.
Management Reporting
Wash Pilot allows you to print detail and comparison reports to quickly analyze vehicles washed, sales and sales per vehicle, for specific periods of time, from any computer connected to the internet. The controller seamlessly integrates with the Profit Pilot POS from Auto Pilot for a comprehensive suite of sophisticated management reporting.
Integrated Training
Wash Pilot's built-in configuration guide on every page of the interface makes programming easier. If you don't remember the 'Output Modifier' for a particular relay, don't worry. The 'Pilot Training' guide will simply prompt you with a mouse-over message.
Simulated Pulse Switch
Wash Pilot can activate a simulated pulse switch in the event your conveyor pulse switch fails, allowing you to continue washing cars until the repair is made. The system automatically saves the last good pulse which can then be modified for maximum performance.
Four Auxillary Inputs
Wash Pilot features four auxiliary inputs for tape switches, photo eyes, loop detectors, and other sensors — delivering the necessary control to operate an accurate, efficient, and safe wash process.
Rugged Circuitry
Wash Pilot is rugged. Circuitry uses galvanic isolation to eliminate problems caused by electrical noise. Relays are individually fused so that repairs can often be made quickly without having to replace the entire board.
Built-in Anti-collision
Wash Pilot includes built-in anti-collision control that requires only one input and ties into your conveyor start and stop relays, eliminating the need to dedicate a separate relay to this function.
Look Ahead Feature
Wash Pilot's Look Ahead feature helps you save energy and motor wear by keeping equipment in standby if another car is detected in the tunnel.
