AutoPilot Operating System and Browser Compatibility Matrix Documentation

If you are experiencing a technical support emergency, we are here to help you 24/7/365. To receive emergency support, please dial 1-800-876-3900 and choose Option #1. This will transfer your call to a live operator who will take your information and put you in touch with a technical support representative. This is the very best method to receive immediate, prompt service in an emergency situation. This will ensure your call is always answered by a live operator with direct confirmation of your support issue to our staff. Please be aware this service is reserved for emergency situations only.

If you are not having an emergency, but would like to leave us a message after hours, please dial 1-800-876-3900 and choose:

Option 2 for Sales
Option 3 for Regular Technical Support
Option 4 for Accounting

Your message will be promptly returned when we re-open for business.

You may also reach any of the AutoPilot staff directly. If this is an emergency situation however, please use the main 1-800-876-3900 number FIRST. Credit Card Processing

As a ProfitPilot customer, you can accept credit card payments directly through the Point of Sale system. To do this, you need two things:

  1. Merchant Account
  2. Gateway Account

We have integrated with several different providers so you can choose the best vendor for your car wash. Some of these vendors provide only the merchant account, some only the gateway account and some provide both. If you are not certain what you need, please use our quick reference chart to determine your exact needs:

If you have selected your vendor & need to setup an account:

  1. Click here to setup Authorize.net account. The online payment gateway application is:

Repairs

Autopilot can still service and repair most products sold since 1980. For more information, call us at 1(800)876-3900.

Warranty

Equipment manufactured by Autopilot is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Components manufactured by Autopilot are warranted for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser. All components assembled to Autopilot equipment that are manufactured by others, are warranted by the appropriate manufacturer and subject to that manufacturer's limited warranty. Contact Autopilot for the specific information on any other component manufacturer's warranty and terms.
