AutoPilot™, announces an Alternative Interface/POS Upgrade for DRB Systems, Inc. Tunnel Watch™ Systems
August 2, 2010 — Tamarac, FL – For users of the DRB Systems, Inc. Tunnel Watch™ controller with the DOS operating system that have wanted to upgrade their system but could not substantiate the expense, there is now an alternative. AutoPilot™ Carwash Control Systems recently announced the availability of a new Interface kit providing a simple path for operators to upgrade to the latest technology from AutoPilot for a fraction of the cost. Eliminating the hassle and expense of rewiring the tunnel controller, this interface allows AutoPilot's advanced WashPilot™ Tunnel Controller to communicate directly with an existing DRB Systems, Inc. Remote Relay Station. Upon installation, operators gain web-based controls, advanced reporting, and improved efficiency of their tunnel operations. A wide range of additional options also become available to operators after the upgrade such as mobile POS systems, automated pay stations, gated entry, RFID payment processing, and customer gift card and loyalty programs.
