Within the next 30 days, our customers will be receiving the latest version of the ProfitPilot Carwash Management System (Click for video http://www.profitpilot.net/beta/pilothq/ProfitPilot_New_Features_Release_11.5.wmv). This new version includes many new features that our customers have asked for to help improve efficiency, management, control and reporting regarding carwash operations. On this page you will find highlights of each new feature, information on how to get the most out of the AutoPilot system, and what it means to your business. In addition, a pre-recorded presentation of these features is available from our main web page at http://www.autopilotcontrols.com near the bottom of the page. Major New Features:
- New POS GUI and added functions
- New User Interface (UI) for better clarity, operation and speed
- New Buttons, Graphics and Icons
- Four Quick Cash keys that can be customized via the Back Office
- Newly Organized Tender Types for ease of use and additional future enhancements
- Additional row of Quick Keys for an additional 20 selling functions
- License Plate Search to immediately locate a customer vehicle / record
- Full Lock Out of POS features and functions when either Locking the POS or Logging Out
- New License Plate Feature and Search Capability
- License plate “Search” button for quick retrieval of customer information
- Ability to store and search multiple license plates for a single customer
- Attach customer license plates to transactions for tracking
- Save and review historical information for customers based on license plate information
- Multi-column search capability based on customer number, Customer/Company Name, Contact, and license plate information
- New Cash Management feature for the POS, Back Office and external devices
- POS and External device (HTK) support for Cash Management
- Automatic transaction logging and Cashier session management without any user intervention
- Option to “Cash Out” within the POS or in the Back Office (depending on the customer’s security requirements)

- Option to use a pre-defined period or a custom period
- Ability to include specific Department Types in the report
- Option to include Department Types with zero values
- Displays period comparisons with actual values for quantity sold, sales, and Dollars per car ($)
- Provides percentage differences between periods being compared
- Provides reference area to know what parameters were selected to create the report
- Line Item Sales Report
- More extensive tracking for transactions
- Includes cashier and greeter name for proper tracking and analysis
- Added the “Document Number” field that contains information such as the WashPilot invoice number, check number, credit card approval/authorization number, House Account number, Gift Card and Washbook numbers
- “Approved By” for details on transactions where manager override is required
- User Access Control (UAC)

Enhancements:
- Added an option to print a barcode on a receipt for transaction search
- Check Number is now saved in the database for check transactions
- New database model allows for extended features and functions

- More extensive report information provided online decreases need for printing reports
- Ability to sort Employee Timesheet Report by Last Name
Bug Fixes:
Quantity button adds correct quantity to each transaction
